Through bodywork, our clients re-connect with their deeper emotions and in many ways, their true selves. Touch, breathing techniques and movement help them achieve a better understanding of how things really feel, how emotions work in them and which habits and patterns they have developed without noticing. Based on that, our clients learn to trust their emotions, sensations and “gut feeling” much more, which promotes clarity and balance, and focus on the tasks and matters that are truly relevant for them.
Many symptoms and discomforts may have relatively simple physical roots that can be changed, improved and even avoided by being conscious of the body. Body awareness fosters mindfulness, it can improve energy levels, facilitate rest and avoid stress.
All of this while helping set priorities, make decisions and change patterns that don't serve our clients' present needs.
